Send A Student to Zoo School

Learning Forward Education Center wants every student to have the ability to experience Brevard Zoo School. We provide transportation to all students in our transition school and home school students. Your donation Zoo School donations assist with transportation and for certified staffed to accompany students during week long class required for kids academic planning. When we are united we don’t have to go at it alone. Thank so much for your Donation.  

Paint Fundraiser

You can also be apart of our paint fundraiser to achieve our zoo school goal. Coming on join us in person at 2176 Sarno Rd. Melbourne, FL or virtually November 20th. Learn More About Our Cause

Elementary Schools spend several weeks of their school year in a portable classroom at Brevard Zoo. The grant-funded program utilized the Zoo’s valuable resources to teach Title I students the Sunshine State Standards through real-life experiences. This integrated, thematic approach to science, mathematics, social studies and language arts created a school out-of-doors where students composed poetic rhyme while gazing at flamingos, learned biology while kayaking the Zoo’s restored wetlands, and honed their math skills by comparison-shopping in the Zoo’s gift shop.
